Unless You Feel, You Cannot Fully Heal

I work with mind, body and spirit. Insight alone is often not enough — emotions, stress responses and trauma are held in the body as well as in the mind. My training is in psychotherapy, transactional analysis and breathwork. I also work with projective techniques such as art therapy, sandtray therapy and psychodrama, which allow material to surface that words alone rarely reach.

I follow a structured, phased approach so that healing is deep, safe and integrated rather than rushed or fragmented.

In practice since 2000, with clients across 17 countries.

How The Process Unfolds

Phase 1 — Foundation: 3–4 sessions of therapy

We begin by understanding your current concerns and the life context around them. Together we identify the core beliefs, patterns and root causes underneath, and build safety and a shared understanding of your inner landscape. This phase establishes what we are working with, and why these patterns exist.

Phase 2 — Release: Breathwork, as needed

We work directly with the nervous system rather than only the intellect. Emotions and stress held in the body are released, and suppressed or unfinished emotional responses are given space to safely move and resolve.

Phase 3 — Integration: 3–4 sessions of therapy

We integrate the internal shifts that have occurred and develop new skills for coping, communication and boundary-setting. This phase stitches the changes together so they translate into lived, sustainable change.

Sessions are weekly. The full process is usually completed within four to six months.

Psycho-education Throughout

Understanding what is happening to you is part of what allows it to change. Psychoeducation runs through the entire course of our work — in one-to-one therapy, in breathwork whether individual or group, and through my workshops, offered both in person and online.

Who This Approach Works Best For

This way of working suits people who are reflective, willing to look honestly at themselves, and ready to engage in a deeper healing process — not simply to manage symptoms, but to understand and resolve their roots.

It is especially supportive for those who have gained insight through talking or self-work, yet still feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, shut down, or caught in repeating patterns.

It works well for people open to working with both the mind and the body, willing to commit time and presence to the process, and seeking lasting change rather than quick relief.

This is not crisis support, and it is not a quick fix. It is a collaborative and committed process for those ready to explore themselves with honesty, patience and care.

Scope of Practice

I do not work with addictions, personality disorders, or psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Where these are present, I refer clients to colleagues who specialise in that work.
