Individual Therapy

This is a three-phase process that moves between psychotherapy and breathwork. It begins with 3–4 psychotherapy sessions to understand your current concerns, identify core beliefs and root causes of patterns, and build safety and a shared understanding of your inner landscape. Once clarity and readiness are established, we move into breathwork sessions to release emotions and stress held in the body, working directly with the nervous system rather than only the intellect. This allows suppressed or unfinished emotional responses to safely move and resolve, with the number of sessions varying based on your individual process. Finally, we return to psychotherapy for 3–4 sessions to integrate the internal shifts, develop new skills for coping, communication, and boundary-setting, and support regulation in daily life.

Couple Therapy

Couple therapy is offered for both premarital as well as post marital issues. Session duration is 90 minutes. Couple therapy could involve individual counselling sessions.

Phase 1: Foundation through therapy (3–4 sessions)

We begin with couple therapy sessions to understand your relationship concerns and shared context, identify recurring patterns, core beliefs, and the root causes of conflict or disconnection, and build safety, clarity, and a shared understanding of the dynamic between you.

Phase 2: Breathwork for embodied release (as needed)

Once clarity and readiness are established, breathwork sessions — together or individually — help release emotions, stress, and reactivity held in the body, work directly with the nervous system rather than only the intellect, and allow suppressed or unfinished emotional responses between partners to safely move and resolve. The number of sessions varies based on each couple’s process and needs.

Phase 3: Integration through therapy (3–4 sessions)

We then return to couple therapy to integrate the shifts that have occurred, develop new skills for communication, conflict resolution, and boundary-setting within the relationship, and support regulation and connection in daily life together.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a healing modality that uses conscious, connected breathing — breathing in a continuous rhythm without pauses between inhale and exhale. We all knowingly or unknowingly hold emotional trauma within our bodies. Over time, this can show up as aches and pains at the least, or disease at worst. Unresolved trust issues, sadness, anger, or fear may quietly hold us back from living our full potential. Conscious connected breathing works directly with the nervous system, allowing what the body has held onto to safely surface and release — healing trauma at the physical, mental, and emotional levels in a gentle yet powerful way.
